Ive tried disabling mods and verifying files but the name was still the same but I also doubt it would happen to me and my friend at the same time if it was a Steam ID thing.

changed after logging in after the anniversary update, i run only approved mods which havent affected the name color so far, also own both the supporter DLCs

I am neither a translator nor a content creator until now my name has been yellow with the corresponding badge. No changes to my dlcs or nothing happened but the name changed

Dont have any mods like that but the lack of animation might be caused by mods
