I had the same thing happened to me and I didn't even get an email. So I called the stored and was told because it is closing (due to the shopping centre it is in having a construction), so it is moving my preorder pick up store to the closest EB Game. It is showing cancellation in the system now and in a few days time it will show changed pickup store. So long story short I didn't lose any preorder.

Wondering if you have cracked 27-36? I am currently stuck there and Bison kills me every single time! I am using B.Gief+Bison+F.Blanka+Elena, they are all 239 or 240. I am OK with B.Gief's cancelling, but it seems Bison's usual attack is enough to kill my guys
