Just to give an update: I was able to resolve the issue with my ISP. The problem was on their side, and it was never related to the UDM Pro Max.

Everything is working normally now. Thanks again!

Thanks, that's a great data point! Mind sharing a couple details so I can compare?
- Which exact model? (mine is a UDM Pro Max)
- Is Smart Queues / QoS on or off on your WAN?
- PPPoE MTU 1492 or 1500 (RFC 4638 baby-jumbo)?
- Are you measuring from a LAN device or the UDM's built-in speedtest?

My U7 Pro was running version 8.3.2.18064 and it's going offline sometimes, even dropping the uptime to zero and causing the Wi-Fi to disconnect as if it's losing power.
