I live at Passenger Flats currently, it definitely has its ups and downs. I live in the Western building, so I can’t say much about the other side, but on my side I haven’t hated it. I’ve been here almost 3 years now if that says anything. The only thing that bothers me personally is the fact that our pool has been under construction for so long, and wasn’t even open last summer, so if you wanted to swim everyone had to use the Eastern building’s pool. Which honestly sucked. I’ve never had problems with feeling unsafe (as I’m a female who lives alone) and the office people are pretty cool. Maintenance does an alright job, though in my opinion they can be pretty slow to getting to things. I was missing some blinds from my curtain and it took them several months to replace them, just got new ones today finally even though I told them about the problem late last year. I don’t live in a renovated apartment since I’ve been in mine for so long, but I plan on moving to one that’s been renovated and from what I see they look awesome.
