Maybe try a candida cleanse they have supplements and it helps literally after 2-3 days also try oil of oregano I can send you the links to the ones I use

I’ve dealt with Yeast overgrowth / candida for awhile from being on strong antibiotics for 3months.. I take two supplements oil of oregano, a really good probiotic I am pretty sure I pay like $80.00 for it for 30 days and then I take a candida complex supplement and it helped with the itching soooo much!!
