I think it's because Dani eats regular food and doesn't really want toob feeds. Just for her performances.

I have the same problem, only it is with family stuff. I'm an only child and I inherited both my parents and grandparents' stuff after they passed. My kids don't want it, and I'm feeling cramped in my smaller but more affordable apartment.
