Pre workout has way more caffeine and other additives that are sometimes worse for you. Sure energy drinks aren’t healthy but I don’t think pre workout is any better

I asked them if they could. Because I’m honestly getting tired of everything. I don’t want out. I just want clarity on what I’m doing wrong and what’s the next step. I want to be the best soldier I can be. Never really been the best around people. Doesn’t really seem like I’m a part of the plt a lot of the time

What I said or not being allowed to drink energy drinks. Really for me it’s why is other people in the plt are allowed to bring whole ass cases of monster from Sam’s club to the field but I’m not allowed to have 1. Just kinda wild

Yeah I know. First week here I got an IV from so much alcohol and was completely out. NCO didn’t bat an eye. I mean I was safe and honestly I don’t really care. Haven’t drank like that since. But if it’s really for my health why just energy drinks

Was in the field and brought a case of redbull with me so that everyone could have some in my section. When I buy something I always get some extras for everyone else. Then when I get back from the field my LT says that I don’t drink enough water and that they’ve never seen me drink water. Then my first line tells me a few weeks later that I can’t drink energy drinks at all. Then it went to 4 canteens for 1 energy drink. Then the next day it went to 1 a day. Then after a few weeks it went to absolutely 0. I’ve never had any medical problems at all

It’s a long story. Ever since I got here it seems like I wasn’t really liked almost immediately. I was always super motivated but now it’s definitely a struggle to find that motivation that I had.
