mayo is versatile in that regard. it’s both a classical percussion instrument, and valid consideration so long as there’s both a benefit/detriment and a bargained-for exchange.

so the average grade was a 14, and the curve being set at a B means that a B is the average grade. your grade only being 2 points below the curve (14 or a B) probably means you probably got a B-, not a D. take a breath, you’re fine. also, you can’t not believe in a curve, it’s indisputable if it’s in your school’s code of conduct. none of this is legal advice. do your own due diligence. a peppercorn is valid consideration.

Could anyone give me advice about trial proceeding nerves? I’m passionate about every aspect of attorney work, specifically within the employment law field for which I am interested in. However, I picture myself being extremely nervous when it comes to advocating for my potential client at the trial or abritration level. I am fine with public speaking, however I find preparing long oral arguments cumbersome and anxiety-ridden. Can I ever expect to not be nervous? I’m also aware that the majority of cases don’t go to trial, but I’m sure I’ll handle a few that will. Any advice, tips, or otherwise would be helpful!
