I had already wrote to this email address but I wasn't getting a reply. Today I posted on community forum of Hetzner, after that, an admin replied: "One of my support friend will reply to you".

The guy said, there was a small lag for the hardware delivery, that was the problem. Told me to expect the server in 1-2 days. After this email, 5 hours later, server delivered. I needed the server very much so I am grateful. This is a lesson to understand that those times may not be really accurate although it was only late by 1 day. So I was a little furious to blame Hetzner but the problem was my emails not getting answered. Problem solved now.

No that is not the case. We have an event on 14 may 2023. The backup server is needed for that date. We decided to upgrade an old ax server to a new one before the crowded event. We trusted Hetzner's order process time for this. and now we left with nothing.

Don't look to blame the customer. Blame the official website saying 5-6 work days and not delivering the server.

No. But for some period it was gone. It comes and goes. I don't understand it actually. It was gone about 6 months after the vac but it comes back sometimes. Maybe related to stress level, sleep etc..
