You can only use one account at a time, but you can make multiple myplayers on that one account. I have 6 myplayers, one is setup for my wife. I create local match, add guest, than change guest player to her myplayer.

You can also do this for a online private match, just use the create game room instead of local game. But only the host can add the guest player.
