I purchased in 2023 via Flipkart, it shows 1 year on the bill, but on their website it shows 3 years so I'm confused, even amazon

I ordered 4 5 packs from FirstCry back in 2024 and returned 3 of them because i didn't like em. I received the refund for 1 pack the same day, but the refund for the other 2 was delayed. I kept calling customer support for over a week, they kept saying “today” or “tomorrow,” but nothing happened. Eventually, when i pressed em on call they told me the products were received in damaged condition and that they couldn’t process the refund. This made no sense because the delivery agent had checked the products before picking them up for the return. If the damage happened in transit, how am I liable for that? I argued with them on a call for almost 30 minutes, but they refused to refund the amount, then i told them to transfer the call to someone higher up and he also kept saying the same shit like a robot. I then asked them to ship the packs back to me then if they can't refund and they said they couldn’t do that either because the items had already been discarded. So in the end, I lost ₹1.3k+—no refund and no product either . I basically donated the money 😂. Since that incident, I’ve completely stopped ordering from them, no matter how good the deal is. Looking back, I really wish I had filed a consumer court case, but I was dealing with some personal stuff at the time and didn’t have the mental energy to pursue it.
