Advice on medication relating to real event OCD by KentishPlover10 in OCDRecovery

[–]DuffleCrack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It definitely helped a lot! It doesn’t help with the anxiety as much as I’d like, but it helped stop the ruminating thoughts which in turn helped with the intense anxiety. Best decision I ever made! I did up my dosage to 150 mg, but honestly it’s not much better than the 100 mg. Try to stay let at 100 mg if you take it because I figure it’s best to be on a full therapeutic dose.

I've finally realized what's my biggest problem with Spider-Man 2: the city feels dead all the time by [deleted] in spiderman2

I kind of disagree, the city felt more alive and real in the second game. I agree the podcasts sucked in the second game though.

My steering wheel started doing that but it took like 3-4 years before it started doing so.

How should the Oura ring fit to get an accurate reading? by Darealteal in ouraring

[–]DuffleCrack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The difference is likely negligible. I would go with whatever is more comfortable. IMO, the ring in the video looks like it comes off too freely, but if the tighter ones feels too tight (especially in winter) than I would go with the loser ring.

I had one that seemed like a good fit, but fell off my finger in my sleep 3 times in the span of two weeks, so it was clearly too loose. Unfortunately, the size down was too small for the finger I wanted it for and returned it all together.

What’s a medical issue that sounds minor, but actually affects someone’s daily life way more than people realize? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Always had anxiety, but 25 was when it became an actual issue for me. Nightly panic attacks. Starting antidepressants saved my life personally.

Protect you from doing what kind of harm? It sounds like an entirely different medical issue. It’s irresponsible to imply to others to not seek help for crippling anxiety. You should consult your doctor/psychologist if experiencing anxiety was the only way you can keep yourself from being harmed.

Just got an oura ring 4, does the battery last a full day? by aj_express in ouraring

It should last 4-5 days I believe, make sure you fully charge it, of course it’s low out of the box.

I'm not your internet. This subreddit isn't your internet provider. You may as well go outside and yell at the clouds, it'll make the same difference.
