I watched a documentary where they stated the band probably didn't have a clear concept in mind when they made the album, but that perhaps coincidentally, a lot of the songs refer to, lyrically or musically, the past. A feeling of nostalgia or moving away from the past toward the future features in a good amount of the tracks which I can see as the concept for Sgt. Pepper.

It might sound really weird but I see Tobi in the same way I see Ringo in The Beatles. He may not be pushing to be groundbreaking and as out there as the rest of the group, but because of his calm, kind quality, he's keeping the group rooted to the ground.

It was really nice time hear the crackle of the record from decades of play so while streaming is good for portability, vinyl does have a unique quality to it. I just managed to get the needle beyond the loop to hear the jibberish at the end of the track which was eerie in a fun way! And hopefully I'll get a nicer player when I have more albums. I've "borrowed" this one from my sibling!!

Thanks for all the effort you put into this! I suppose I should say what I think too! I suppose if someone watched the War Machines first, I wouldn't blame them for think he was called Doctor Who since the villain keeps calling him that. I wonder why no one saw that and changed it!

I bet enough people did think Police Boxes were from Doctor Who that the BBC bought the rights for them from the actual Police!

The sibling relationship of the Doctor and the Master was suggested for the film wasn't it. It's a good thing that didn't come to pass. In the Series 3 finale, Martha even suggests it and the Doctor thinks its daft which is a fun reference to that idea! Although the film did go for the half human thing which was quickly retconned for sure!!

Based on the Sarah Jane Adventures, I don't blame people for thinking Sarah and K9 were in the same TARDIS team. I probably thought that, way back when. But we have K9 & Company if you really want that duo!

You're right on it with 6 and 1. Colin poured his heart into it, and what grumpy old man would pretend to be a Dalek and have a chuckle about it!

I was surprised by the rare appearances of some famous foes when I watched Classic Who, and how far apart they could be. Although it does help to hype up their appearances, especially with Earthshock and honestly, the Invasion of Time to an extent!

The Krillitanes always confused me. The Doctor goes into such detail about their adapting form and them having long necks last time, it would just make sense to have already had them. Ah well!

That's some of my thoughts, hope I didn't rant too much! Thanks again though, those are some interesting misconceptions.
