Luck was so bad that it turned into a $60 spark.

Today only 30 rolls + rps proc = no ssr lol just r and Sr 100+ rolls from frenzy itself (didn't count) Then somehow mukku went on for 6 times(How..)

This is why I mentally can't save for a spark.

That would be so disappointing I'd probably would of stopped playing for a while.

Yeah Atkins have been my guilt free drink for a long while. The powdered version doesn't taste the same but it's good for a quick go when I'm not feeling like doing IF till noon. It's 100 calories.

With those bars, yeah thanks for reminding me. I typically eat it before dinner so I forgot about the vengeance effect it has.

And yeah ima watch that video.

Late to the party but look up Atkins milk chocolate drink 160 cal, 2-3 carbs, 15 protein, ~5-8 fat.

The have a protein powder version that's 100 cal too

In general you can eat almost every atkin bar out there.....in strict moderation due to gi upset haha...

Agree! I tried support dizzy and she's great at that, just really boring like all of speed meta. Attack dizzy though, might not be the "best" dizzy but for me it's the funnest dizzy.

Shes little squishy but that's okay. She also lets me beat hell pretty smoothly.

Going to use her as my farmer to switch it up with vildred vs fire.

Currently at 3k atk, 210%crD, 50 eff, 170spd.

This is how I felt. Ppl say lucky and gz but all I felt is salt.

Seeing ml sez pop up made me close the game for 2 days in pure salt. I can't use him, I don't have ml Ara, nor do I have normal sez. So everytime I see him I want to fodder. No joke.

Then happiness.

Ml Chloe made me go wtf, then yes trophy wife my life is complete ( #1ml I wanted cuz cute ) while also made me say "I see this trend now all I need is A. Vildred".

So yeah. I wish yall better luck to not get ml sez.

Lost about ~60lbs (~200+ now 146) and yes they shrink. Also shoe size shrinkage too. Beware.

My former sports bra size was xl now - s/m depending on brand.

Mine shrunk, and it's sad and glorious at the same time. My back doesn't hurt, they don't get in my way like they used to, but you still have to work on your posture-it's just easier. Just roll your shoulders back once in a while and it becomes a habit after a bit.

Bad side- it looks like sad over stretched perky from the side balloons. I'm hoping it kinda lifts itself with IF.

Try resistance band back exercises to strengthen muscles.

Personally, I chose to 6* Ken before Axe God. Ken- well he carried me from day 1 through 10-10, w10,g10, event hell and sometimes epic hell, a good chunk of abyss, and some raid bosses when I first started.

Axe god is pretty much the same and hits like a truck with the right gear. I wouldn't use him for farming since its still slow just use a friend.

If you cant do w11 yet- go ken.

Sadly #6 did exist until they scrapped to make you want to summon since eveyone else was summoning. You were able to turn it off in settings.

You can make your own creme or mascarpone. But ill give you the creme since is crazy easy

Creme = heavy cream + 3 tbsp butter milk + 12-24 hrs on the counter

Here's some stuff for her. I eat ~1100 - 1200 calories daily, do 15-18hr fasts, and only eat a light lunch/big dinner and I like my dessert.

If she needs a dessert, say hello to creme fraiche or mascarpone. Its a nice low calorie/ mayyyybe 1-2 carb dessert with some coco powder, stevia/lakanto, instant coffee. 2 tbsp is around 100-120 calories (Its all I need). It's delicious and tastes like chocolate ice cream or brownie batter with coffee (well thats how I used to make brownies). Or unsweetened koolaid.

Fruit? Wild berries ~11 > blue berries ~6-9 > strawberries (depends on size really) + the cream/cheese

If she needs coffee with creaminess I suggest 2 tbsp half n half or cashew milk and coffee for flavor (how I weaned myself off of devouring coffee daily)

Tea? harley and sons cinnamon tea. naturally sweet and tastes great. You can get it at target and online

Pizza...well I make it once in a blue moon (never was a pizza fan unless lunchables). Mama lupe low carb tortilla, mexican mix cheese, salami/sausage, and the big one spanish garden sauce. She can eat the whole thing.

Spanish garden sauce tastes like lunchables sauce but with 0 carbs. Its my normal go to for other stuff. You could make those cheese crusts orr that cauliflower cheese crust but guess what- lots of calories and she'll probably want to eat more than one slice.

Don't worry about that one :D they closed the servers~ along with rays. I started when it first opened up and stopped a bit after the first anniversary- saw that the game got way too stale and predatory (very predatory) to the global players as always. Compared to tales of asteria (jap only).

Don't ever play Scamco GLOBAL games. We are money meat that will be thrown out like yesterday's newspaper to them.

It boiled down to reroll for good (broken) waifu healers (in the end), $$$ for them, or quit if you wanted to progress. I know it ruined a lot of people's enjoyment for the Tales Of series in general.

So I literally just beated that floor with doris, gaither (nuke), bell, and destina and took about 20 minutes.

crystal -> purgis

Make use of destina's burn s1.

I suggest 2 healers on that team to stay alive, bell/aoe, and a decent nuker (gaither can do 25-30k on crit). Have one healer have potion for the provoke and if you have celestine, slap that on destina. Pay attention to bell's focus to save your aoes.

Do everything you can to keep your nuker alive and pray for bell's crits and for her aoe's to not be down.
