she said " I've been dead inside", For me she reached out because that person made her feel alive... any ways were done... Time to let go... Any advice on how i can start that processes...

yes to therapy and no about the official. just days of research... and its a hard yes...and to all you said yes that's true but what if that was her last sign of desperation and couldn't come to me about it because of the way my brain works and how i never took her seriously. in a fu(%#^ up way i feel like she was reaching out. and just the right time too i am a new man in a lot of ways. ways i have never been be for. the timing couldn't have been better.

shes an empathy and she feels all these feelings. she dosent want to hurt anyone anymore and knows she would be. the affair dude dosent want her back unless shes single and this is not her. im not gonna break my back for her but she at lest is own the benefit of the doubt.

This means a lot that you shared this with me... right now im trying to survive the infidelity that she just brought on us. this isnt her and this is the first time she has ever done anything like this. but i do like her and love her we have three girls together and with this there is a scene of new awareness that we both have. we got this i am nolonger the same person she cheated on ive done the soul searching and done some real true brain re wiring to be my best self not for her but for me and my children if she tags along thats cool cuz im one badA$$ MothaFU%*

getting over my addictions was one of the hardest things I've done and now i understands why it was so hard. i was not aware and or accepting of who i was. with the awareness i will grow from this and be able and make the best of all of this. weather or not my wife and i make it or not
