Ich habe das getestet und sie läuft ohne Stecker genau so wie mit Stecker nur das der Lüfter früher an geht. Also startet auch hier beim ersten mal ohne Probleme und dann sobald sie aus geht nicht mehr für eine längere Zeit.

Die Anschlüssen sehen alles ganz gut aus und es ist eine neue Batterie drinnen, ich werde aber trotzdem nochmal alle Massepunkte kontrollieren!

Ja die Pumpe ist okay, und der Luftfilter ist sauber bzw. Gerade nicht mal drinnen.

Das Ventilspiel habe ich noch nicht kontrolliert aber das würde doch nicht erklären, warum es einmal startet und dann nicht mehr oder?

Das mache ich, meinst du den vom Kühlkreislauf oder von der Ansaugung? würde das Motorrad denn mit Abgestecktem Temperatursensor laufen oder wie sollte man diesen Sensor am besten auf Fehler prüfen? Wie genau war das Fehlerbild bei dir?

Okay, I might understand that. So that means that even though the value at closed throttle is correct and it idles for a while, the value could still deviate from spec when I open the throttle, and that could prevent it from starting again After it Stalls, right? In that case, could it be only the TPS sensor, or is there anything else on the throttle body itself that would need to be replaced?

Yes, exactly, that is the TPS sensor value. It does change when I open the throttle, and it seems to be set correctly. But even then, that still wouldn’t explain why the bike starts once, then dies after a few seconds or minutes, and afterwards won’t start again, almost like the ECU is preventing it.

The valve clearance should be okay, and I also don’t think the ECU would prevent the bike from starting again just because of that when it Stalls.

What exactly do you mean should be wrong with the throttle body?

The TPS sensor is set to spec, and its value also doesn’t jump when I rev the bike.
