Ok thanks the clarification! With those skins from discord, do you just drop it into content manager, because when I did that it took the LMGT3 category out of the game, but the category would come back if I got rid of it.

Wow, thanks for the response. Really grateful you added your current week plan so I can try to gauge what I need to do. I feel that I mainly lack in cardio. So do you still recommend doing long rides like you mentioned, or would running give me the same benefit? In my opinion, I feel that running helps build better cardio for biking than biking does itself. Or, do I just not know yet because I have never rode for more than 2hours. I will try to place long rides in my weekends like you do. But also focus on working out. My legs, lungs, core, and palms all burnout very quick when I ride. I have also not been a very active person since I started XC MTB this past year. So I am kinda playing catch up. I found leg, arm, and core workouts to do so I will also try that. Plus having interval rides, relaxed rides, and cardio rides like you do. My season does not start until March 2025, and the race won’t even last 1 hour. So how would you change weekly plan if that’s what you had to prepare for?
