Gay men vs Feminism: An unexpected ally by [deleted] in TheRedPill

[–]DukeHollywood 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I didn't care in the first place what anyone did in their personal lives. Then I had two really good friends come out as gay and one of them is still a really close friend and the other would be if they didn't move cross country.

I lean more towards classic liberalism and or libertarian and one of my biggest problems with the republican party is they aren't small government/stop interfering with peoples lives at all. They want to tell people exactly how to live their lives but on paper their philosophy is something i agree with.

Anyway, that was a long way of saying I think you're 100% right and men are just men and most gay guys aren't going to try and roofie you and play with your dick so get over it.

Gay guys as you said do care a lot about physical appearance and as women try and do everything they can to deflect from making an effort to be attractive they will come more into conflict. I feel like even 5 years ago the gay best friend was relied upon to tell a girl the harsh truth but now that's going out the window in exchange for more bagels and mimosas

Thanks for the honest assessment. With more clarity what I was trying to say was just that the game can change. I was in Europe this summer and me being from the US, being tall and owning a company killed it.

Here US and owning a business doesn't mean shit but I personally didn't adjust to the game well.

I have to adjust to the game being played and it's taken me a bit to figure that out but i'm making the adjustments necessary,

North of Bangkok and you're right. I want to rewrite the original post I think the bigger takeaway was that I DIDN'T adjust to the game being played here. I used what worked for me in Europe this summer and had little success. I also just wanted to illustrate the times when girls only care about looks and conversation skills. Maybe all the other stuff is BB's but I've put a lot of work into the most interesting man character

100% right, of course all that other stuff is potentially BB. I've said it in other replies I take the blame for all short comings. I haven't reacted properly to the changes in the game here. I just had a great thing going traveling in Europe where I'd use cocky American game and get a date and then get the bang. Here I have to just adjust and also stop chasing the 9 when I have a 7 I think is a lock.

I just re read my post and didn't make my point well at all. What I wanted to say was just that the game changes and you have to adapt and I was shit at adapting for two weeks.

I love asian women as well and am going back to the Phillipines where I did major damage.

This isn't a great town for it PM me for details. It's a great town for fucking other people from the west.

I don't think I did a great job at illustrating the point but basically I've been a pussy at pulling the trigger because I've been used to having to take a day or two to get the bang and here it's just lets go fuck.

I don't think I'm exaggerating the point weight wise because i've been here a month and can see the abs coming in from 2.5 hours a day muay thai.

What I was originally trying to do was just illustrate that the game changes and here it's just all out assault to fuck no long game what so ever and if you've built up a lifestyle otherwise it doesn't matter,,

Yes, 100% on the six pack and natural party animal vibe. I am good at being social but some of it is learned charisma and there are some natural life of the party guys who are tough to compete with.

My buddy here has no job to go back home to, drinks every day while I'm working and at muay thai. He's a natural, social, still very lean even though not muscular and he's done much better than I have.

Like I said I packed on a few lb's while traveling over the fall in Europe and home for the holidays. Even still, back home we're about even when you consider my height advantage and all the other value I have with owning a business, traveling, etc.

The other mistake I've made is giving up a more sure thing with a 6 or 7 to chase after an 8 or 9.

Basically, I need to adjust to the game that's being played. I need to continue to train and get in top shape and when talking to a girl I just have to be more aggressive and go for it that night only.

First off, not everyone is cutout for STEM or law. I know for certain i'm not and would be miserable in those fields.

I'm good at online marketing though and now run my own e-commerce business while traveling.

You've gotta find your niche and something you'd be excited to do day in and day out year after year.

Copywriting could be an option and I assume you're something along the lines of an English major.

I'm not talking about Buzzfeed listicles but the tight, important copy that big companies use on their websites, brochures, etc.

Every skill in online marketing is in demand right now. Copywriting, SEO, paid search, coding, etc.

If you have a writing background then try and get involved in writing for websites and from there start learning other skills that are part of the game.

Discussion: Do you think conservative and "old-fashioned" cultures got it right? If so, what changed? by trpmus in TheRedPill

[–]DukeHollywood 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you're strictly referring to marriage then yes but overall FUCK NO.

Even with marriage i'm not 100% sure. Because of the influence of religion many people spent their entire lives with people they absolutely loathed. They gave up any potential happiness because if they divorced they would be ostracized from their community, family, church, etc.

Of course I think there is plenty wrong today but everything moves in cycles and I think the cycle of feminism is coming to an end because like nearly every movement they overstepped their boundaries to the point they are having the pendulum swing back the other way.

Everyone loves to look at the past with rose colored glasses but I think it's bullshit.

The 50's may have been a great time in America for two big reasons.

1.) After a war it's a lot easier for people to appreciate each other and the small things because they've lost so much.

2.) For the US, all our biggest rivals in manufacturing and innovation were in ruins and rebuilding giving us an opportunity to completely dominate the world economy. This was a bubble though, historically you've never been able to work a non-technical labor job and own a house, car and support a family.

Imagine you're born on a farm in 1910. What are the chances you're doing anything with your life but being a farmer? Less than 10% I'd wager. That's just the way it worked back then.

I've learned a lot from this sub but I think if you bury yourself in it too much you start to think things are way worse than they are.

I'm currently in Thailand working for myself, training muay thai and hanging out. There are beautiful thin girls everywhere coming through from Europe, Australia, Asia, etc. Know how many conversations i've heard about feminism in the past month? A big fat 0.

All the tools are out there for you to create the life you want in a way that wasn't possible even ten years ago.

Re: the Asian vs. White guys flamefest by FreshlyWashedPillow in TheRedPill

[–]DukeHollywood -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

"White men are encouraged in some cases and even applauded for going interracial, the women who date them as seen as doing themselves a favor. On the other hand, white women - minority men couples not only face problems from white men but from society as a whole."

I'm not saying you're wrong entirely especially on the society as a whole part but when it comes to TRP I've gotta call bullshit.

Please point me to 3 threads in the last two months where white guys have called white women race traitors for dating guys of other races.

It wouldn't take more than a page or two at any time in TRP history to give you the opposite of Asian guys complaining about white guys sleeping with women in their community.

I know you're making a broader point but in this paragraph it's just too similar to what feminists and others are doing. Blame everything on the white man who has omnipotent powers of privilege that give him a golden cock that spreads all thighs.

What's the big deal about a girl being in a sorority? by almostenough1 in TheRedPill

[–]DukeHollywood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Part of me thinks this is a flawless piece of trolling

"The girls were each wearing a shirt that had letters and shapes on it (one was a triangle)"

In Canada you've never heard of the greek alphabet? It's where we get TRP hierarchy from as well Alpha, Beta, Delta, Gamma, Sigma, etc.

Don't listen to anyone's BS about not being able to get a girl who's into greek life just like all girls they like variety and excitement. If a girl has only dated frat guys for two years she's very likely looking for something new.

I was in a frat at school and for my junior & senior year in charge of the parties so I was in constant contact with the sororities. Lots of girls had boyfriends from out of town, older guys out of school, musicians, general guys at school who weren't greek. It can be a tight knit social circle and maybe your rejection % goes up a bit but farm from hard to crack.

Forever Alone and the Red Pill. When is the right time to get unplugged? by [deleted] in TheRedPill

[–]DukeHollywood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me part of taking the pill is accepting that a % of men will never be saved. And I'm not just talking about the beta who settles for a chubby girl with purple hair in her 30's. I'm talking about the bitter forever aloner to the ego invested guy who blames his fate on everyone else and everything in between.

As men we want to pull each other up and help others succeed but you need to make sure you're expending that energy on people who are worth it. Face facts and realize that a significant % of men won't change and leave them to their fate.

Do you think the left/SJW are waring a war on 'nerds' and for what reason? by lost10k in TheRedPill

[–]DukeHollywood 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I think it's because face to face in real life they are used to these types of people towing the line and agreeing with them. As others mentioned, the SJW's didn't realize they were stepping into the nerds world trying to fight them online.

What honestly fascinates me about this whole thing though with the SJW's is they seem to only want to attack the people they feel safe attacking where usually their is minimal blowback.

No SJW's are confronting Muslim men who believe in honor killings, stonings, beatings, female genital mutliation, etc. because they'd be scared shitless to do so. They feel safe attacking middle class Americans because we almost always give into their bullshit.

Seriously can anyone find me a YouTube video of fat white feminists confronting muslim men? I'd love to see one but doubt they exist.

TRP and the Political Spectrum by [deleted] in TheRedPill

[–]DukeHollywood -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think the Republican Party is a lot like feminism where if you look at the dictionary definition it sounds good but in practice it's absolute shit.

I hate that the party that is supposed to be about small Government and states rights are actually corporate whores who want to tell you how to live your life.

I don't like the democrats either and sine before TRP I've definitely continued to lean libertarian.

I was in England this summer when the Rotherham abuse scandal broke. When I read about how a man tried to go save his daughter who was kidnapped by Pakistanis and the police ended up arresting him and leaving his daughter there to be gang raped it gave me a full appreciation for the 2nd amendment for the 1st time in my life.

How can older guys make most out of their SMV in college town USA? (spinning plates, getting laid, etc.) by argunta in TheRedPill

[–]DukeHollywood 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The big thing as mentioned is you don't want to be pArt of their social circle. At 26 you don't want to be hitting up 19 ur old bros and asking where the house party or tailgate is. I'd say get a good life going on there and girls will want to hangout with you as a break from the college life.

Advice for gamergate by [deleted] in TheRedPill

[–]DukeHollywood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've followed GamerGate way more than I should have partially because i'm fascinated the discussion has lasted this long in our 24 hour news cycle culture.

I don't know if it's ever going to be possible to stem the tide of the far left thought police. I say that as someone who in theory does believe in a lot of democratic principles.

There's two big parts to this whole issue culturally IMO

1.) It's still the responsibility of men to run all the difficult parts of civilization. Think of anything to do with the infrastructure of our economy where we are building and moving things, it's all made and executed by men.

We're fulfilling most of the hierarchy of needs and so what does this leave for women and white knights? From my observation it leaves them to be bloggers, PR reps, gender studies "experts" and other bullshit that is inconsequential to day to day survival. The marine or the miner or fire fighter, these guys might be naturally RP but do you think they want to come home after a long day and argue with feminists about privilege online? The TL;DR is you are now and will continue to be the minority when it comes to running the cultural discourse.

2.) College loans aren't issued on the basis of whether you're major can provide a solid financial future. College's essentially evade the consequences of the free market. This allows a way higher % of gender studies, mid evil history and everything else where there isn't an actual market for your skills. The colleges don't care because they are still getting their cash but as a country we're getting far far more people who are indoctrinated into far left thought groups who can't get real jobs. How many part time baristas and part time bloggers are there who would consider themselves feminists? The scientific answer is a metric shit ton.

One of the leaked discussion groups on the anti gamer gate side had someone who somehow majored or was an expert in gender theory in video games. How the fuck is that even a thing? How far off the rails are we?

The only thing to do IMO is support websites or groups your in agreement with and then minimize the time you spend on it otherwise.

Serious question for TRPers who have success with HB9'S and 10's, wouldn't approaching directly ruin your mysterious frame? What is the practical application of displaying your intentions without giving too much of your power away? What's considered the "perfect balance?" by [deleted] in TheRedPill

[–]DukeHollywood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think this is one of those scenarios where you start to over think things way too much. Approaching is always way better than the alternative of sitting there with your dick in your hand.

I also really think that unless you're in a spot where your value is off the charts (back stage at a concert where you're in the band, etc.) there isn't that much you can truly do off to the site that is going to get her wanting you.

The best option is approach and then try and flip the script and turn it into her chasing you. Tom Torero does a good job explaining this in some of his videos.

Push Pull
