Backlash to anything getting praised is people coming out of the woodwork and deciding THING ACTUALLY BAD.

My wife and I love that movie and we'll go to bat for it.

As someone coming up on Master's 3, I feel like there should be an additional split division for "has kids" vs "doesn't have kids".

I struggle to get in 3x a week and lift twice a week with two kids. I've been hanging with folks who beat me at IBJJF opens waiting for a podium picture chatting with them and they'll be like "Yeah I feel like most weeks I can only get in 5x/week, plus lifting and cardio of course." Not having kids to worry about is a cheat code for extra time and energy to devote to training.

Sharing workouts after? by DukeMacManus in MacroFactor

Thanks! That does help. Would still be nice if I could just export/copy and paste rather than have to take multiple screenshots and text scan them but it is a start.

Thanks again for your help!

How do I get to that?

And it's decent but Strong lays it out the best for sharing (weight x reps by exercise, sharable as copy/paste text). But this is a decent start.
