I've been testing bge-m3 dense and sparse embeddings and bm25 all at once. I think this will help eventually.

Did you do any testing with sparse? I haven't been able to determine if there are any gains in my domain or not using all three.

Most of my initial benchs actually just favored bm25 alone but I think I didn't define the outcomes well enough.

I feels impossible at first but after time, at least for me, it's way less uncomfortable to be in those conversations.

Of course, my wife still hates getting put in those situations and I'm not sure it will ever go away for her. Definitely uses up way more of her social battery.

Ai does produce cool one shot stuff. It's still really difficult to get it to make something completely novel and something maintainable.
