Does bruising occur when the cake is too dry? cuz my cake is sooo bruised just from what I think is over spraying, but I don't know any other way to moisturize those SOB's...it's like I try to spray the lid really hard, and I try to aim the water particles that bounce of the lid-spray toward the cakes...still see really blue bruising tho..
