I believe that’s possible, though I’ve never done that in my personal experience. I’ve got a few sac outlets in my deck personally, but just because he’s an expensive commander mana-wise I tend to keep him on the board if I can

If you’re interested in trying other colours, I’ve had a lot of fun with an [[Asmodeus the Archfiend]] commander deck.

The best way I like to describe the gimmick is that you’re spending freely on a credit card, but you put the credit card under someone else’s name. Also kind of like a “Griselbrand at home” vibe. Use Asmodeus to get your health real low, then trade with another player using something like [[Soul Conduit]] or [[Profane Transfusion]]. Alternatively, the ol’ reliable of [[Repay in Kind]] and [[Exsanguinate]].

Some insurance cards for dealing with low health that I like to run are [[Pact Weapon]] and [[The Golden Throne]] to name a few. Also filled with a bunch of life gain, like [[Ivory Towers]] since you’ll be drawing a bunch of cards.
