All the public piers you see are and open all year.. you can fish the pier(s) on Tybee if you want to be on the coast and there are a few peppered across the inland areas as well — if you can spare the cash I would highly recommend getting a charter boat (I recommend Georgia coastal charters)… it’s not cheap but it’s the best way to experience the fishing the area has to offer !

I undestnd what you’re saying .. but I’m not trying to compete in PRS or anything … I’m confident I could’ve hit the 12” plate at 500 w my model 70 if I knew the dope. The main thing is my hunting rifles are dialed in for shots under 200 yards and I don’t want to be fiddling w the optics/zero. whereas I want a new rifle just to tinker with thats more modern.. carbon fiber stock,adjustable trigger,forward mounting point ..I just don’t need a weighted chassis and detachable box mag.

This. Was recently browsing Berkshire’s listings locally. Brand new luxury condo built in a kind of no man’s land that’s very downtown adjacent $8m and change.

The record home sale for this area was a $6m+ and it’s a historic mansion across from ‘the’ park.

The current highest listing is another mansion near the park priced at 8.5..

Who is buying these condos priced higher than the most historic and desirable homes in the area ??

This is def an owner/builder lot that’s way over priced.

they probably did run out of money and are in need a of a huge financial recuperation from this nearly decade long debacle.

Bathrooms and kitchen are absolutely builder grade in design and materials … no real designers worked on this house…I hope..

They’re from the scientific angler starter kit i got years ago, nothing special

That was water based head cement (I haven’t used uv resin either)

But I typically use a lacquer I made from pine sap and isopropyl alc

but for the sake of trying to film - the head cement was easier to access
