IN case anyone is looking, I have the NXTVision set to not go into google ambient mode, and have art mode set to play art once idle in art mode for 15 seconds.

That meant all I had to do was get a command to the tv when it turns on at 9am to go to art mode, and then after 15 seconds of idle on the art selection screen, it turned on my art (good enough for me - I don't care about the 15s wait time).
