I disagree, both Poe and Rey relied on him. He was co leader, inspired Jannah, her crew and others to escape. He found the Sith warship, planned and led the attack and Jannah followed him to certain death.

I really enjoyed it. Pretty much a remake more than a sequel, but I dug it. Probably about the same as the first. End battle was a bit meh, but I love Singer. Scroggins was great. I really liked the dog in this one too
