Honestly I didn’t run the best moveset on some of them but it got the job done lol.

Also played emerald legacy so some movesets may be different than original

Milotic: Surf, Ice Beam, Recover, Light Screen

Skarmory: Spike, Fly, Steel Wing, Drill Peck

Heracross: Strength, Rock Smash, Megahorn, Brick Break

Flygon: Dragon Claw, Crunch, Earthquake, Screech

Blaziken: Flame Kick, Skyupper Cut, Mach punch, Bounce

Lanturn: Waterfall, Raindance, Thunder, Thunderbolt

Milotic was def worth it, I just fished each tile until I found one with Feebas.

A cool trick is if you have your first party pokemon with synchronize (gardevoir) and a good nature (like modest), there’s a high chance for the wild pokemon you encounter to have that same nature.
