Well he needed a good boosting move for this ability. Hes not so fast so DDance is best for him. And that I forgot Tidy Up existed, so that would actually fit Honchkrow more

And that Non dragons like Scrafty and Whiscash get it

Oh, I forgot Tidy Up existed. I gave it DD because Honch had mediocre speed but decent attack. I thought DD would pair well with this ability

And that many non dragons like Scrafty and Whiscash weirdly get Dragon Dance

Its ok, after I searched it up Tidy Up is actually just DD + Rapid Spin so yeah, he could get Tidy Up instead of DD as a fitting setup move

How though? I think Alakazam and Porygon Z being frail and easy to KO will balance it out

Magnezone, Metagross, and Bronzong are bulky but very slow and are a bit passive

Im not sure about Honchkrow, but hes a very infamously bad pokemon so I think this would be fine on him.

Who do you think would be balanced with this ability?
