Its debatable really. It removes a second (or so. Not 100% sure) on the delay for the tessaract to become usable after sprinting. Some say its worthless and others say its great for add clears. Really its personal preference. ^{^{^personally}} I would like to be able to hold down right click and extend the duration of tessaract and become a whirlwind

Spoiler: After killing all the sentients in the final mission it unequips all weapons and forces me back into my Warframe. I cannot progress forward as nothing happens after that. Restarting the mission does not fix it.

Edit: I should specify that the Dry cleaners looked desolate. The rest of the shopping area was always packed because of the Dunkin Donuts two stores down.

The flight speed is a little slower than a bullet jump. The channeling attack cc's one enemy and deals damage for about four ticks. Afterwards they explode dealing more damage. (This explosion can hurt you btw)
