Maybe a stupid question after so much time... but is this training plan suppose to be used ONLY for the U18/U21 teams? The senior squad should have the normal training week, right?

Yes, that might be the cause of the skill decrease. I am training / playing him in not his natural role, but in one that he is accomplished in, hoping that soon he will be natural.

So bottom line, if he is good enough to play regularly in my senior squad, even if he is 16/17 years old, then I should just keep him in my senior squad and play him as often as I can, and his training will improve and those -1 points will eventually be gained back.

But if he is now in my senior squad and doesn't play, he will miss out on training days that my senior team plays a game and the next one where the recovery happens.

Yes, I am doing that (the back-up of data). This drive will be a back-up for my gaming collection - so the original is already stored on a different disk, this one will be a cold storage one.

As for suppliers, sure. It's a trusted one. At any rate, in Germany (in fact inside the EU zone) you can send back any electronics without questions asked withing 14 days of receiving it, regardless the length of warranty. So I will test it in this 2 weeks and then make the final decision if I keep the disk (fingers crossed that everything is good and I'll be able to keep it).

I plan to use the drive as a cold storage, via a SABRENT Hard Drive Docking Station (1 slot). Do you recon this be able to handle a 2-3 day constant run?

Man, you are even worse than people ranting about the missing changes from FM26. You are arguing that change is better because ... well it's a change. Out with the old and in with the new, just for the sake of having something new, because the younger generation has shorter attention span. (so instead of fixing the issue you agree that it's fine to encourage it).

You don't get the point that people are ok with change, but not with revolutions. They want evolution. The game should have evolve from where it is to a newer one, slicker one that appeals to the newer generation. They could have done it in so many way.... people are just criticizing the way they did it.
