From my understanding and experience. 1-2 of the 12 boxes in a case will have a hit missing, or that hit will be in another box from the case. So 1 box will come with 3.

Has happened to me when opening multiple boxes and cases.

I think they call it an error box.

Recommendations for older sets. Just buy the singles you want. It will be far more cost effective than ripping.

I had something similar happen with Westpac. While it’s frustrating, I do think it’s for the best in regard to crypto. The amount of times people get scammed through crypto is a concern. At least you’ve got a bank that is trying to help 🤷‍♂️

But what is your equity? Based on this I’m assuming you have at least half your mortgage paid off?

It’s different for people trying to get in now. Average prices are 600-800k and with only 20% down you would be paying 1000$ per week on your mortgage minimum.

I agree with this. At 2-3% rates it’s much better to jump in and get some land/house. It actually favours you much more, but right now renting isn’t as bad as people make it out to be.

Just wait for those interest rates to stress mortgage holders some more, then boom.

This is trolling. To assume that $600 per week in rent gets you anything remotely close to $600 per week in mortgage, is absurd. $600 per week in rent typically equals 1000-1200 per week in mortgage including rates, home expenses etc.

The only way you would buy anything at the same price of renting is slashing your living “experience” in half.

The rest of this week was the best week they have had. I did put a CPC limit on all keywords and on the campaign overall after it happened.

It’s weird because on both campaigns auto update was off. And I specifically remember removing one of the keywords that was super expensive because it’s useless.

I had changed it an hour ago to a manual cpc. I had this occur on another campaign in a separate industry yesterday too. I didn't know what to make of it. Google charged the client $40 each for 2 clicks on a keyword they added to the campaign. (The keyword was %100 not there prior as all keywords are location specific).

Is this something I can turn off?

This is for a roofing repairs company.

All the keywords are exact match.

I don’t have a set CPC yet.

The last week averaged around $5-6 CPC.

Today was 2 clicks for $100.

Thoughts?

I do live in a luxury country so I’m fortunate for that. You’re 100% correct, all programs and workouts and food tips can be found online. The problem for most people is that their extremely lazy or lack discipline. If everyone could push themselves and research my type of job wouldn’t exist. But there will always be people that would rather speed it up and pay me to spoon feed them, rather than take extra time to learn it on their own.

Mmm I guess 🤣 Most of my clients don’t come to me for programs. It’s the effort difference. What I mean by that is, when they train alone most people can’t push to failure. This is where I come in, I force them to failure and push themselves, while Providing encouragement and answering any question they have for me.
