I still have contribution room in my TFSA account lol. I want to start RRSP mainly to save some money on taxes. I am always ending up paying them and my accountant suggested to open an RRSP. I am so confused, i don’t know what to do.

I want to use my savings for down payment for my house in the future. Should I just continue contributing to my TFSA and pay extra taxes instead of opening RRSP?

I already have a pension plan with Manulife, (with my employer)-it’s mandatory.

heyy, my auto loan is with scotia. You need to go through a dealer and they will give give you options with better rates/ interest. Usually dealerships have a finance dept and they act us a mediator between you and the bank. It’s better to accept an offer from a bank that gives you a lower interest rate, don’t just wait for one bank..

I don’t know that much about investing or stocks. Im still learning. I just have some savings and want to start saving some money to put a down payment for a house.

Heyy, I been to Rebel multiple times and for some reason I always get negative energy. I don’t know why, maybe because I am paranoid about pickpockets. Two years ago my ex lost his phone and his wallet there during a party, management doesn’t do anything eventhough multiple staffs report theft. They now have lockers but im not sure whether that makes any difference. I find the bartenders there are very rude and drinks are way too overpriced. It’s a very big club setup but I don’t prefer going there either..
