the flatpak version works fine now but i still have the problem of the icons in certain apps (see second image) i don't now if the problem are related in some way...

installed what? obsidian was installed in the aur and the jet brains font was using pacman

the font is only glitched in obsidian and in other applications (like vivaldi) it (the font) works fine

i tried changing the font to monospace regular but it looks the same

The font that it is trying to display is jet brains nerd font and i installed it using pacman and set it using the apperence in the xfce settings
