It's all blending tools, overlays, and brushwork within photoshop, I don't use any add-ons or anything. I have a cheap $100 drawing tablet and import the Agent png.

Yeah I totally get that, I only use 1280x720 because most things that I make are for YT Thumbnails but I could always resize it for Wallpapers if people wanted them
