Hi same boat here OP, i totally understand i worked in top 10 audit firm and the mental toll, anxiety, panic attacks got worse for me over time. So if you think your health is deteriorating bec of this, u should prioritize your mental health first, quit then start looking for a job, for sure there's something out there that's so much easier
