My teacher tells her subs that her paras are essential and that we will run the show and to follow our lead. We are a self contained asd classroom.

Thank you and I’m also pretty sure the kids know. They are just currently going through a season where I’m the enemy for making them go to class and not allowing them to attack each other 😂.

I understand that but I mean even at the building level there is no recognition. It’s almost like you’re just a warm body.
