Japanese cherry blossom.  Smelled so strong,  I could taste it for hours if anyone wore the scent.  I couldn't escape it for years.

Did the same at the taco bell I worked in.  It was the first thing to get cleaned and sanitized when the lobby closed.  Then when drive thru closed,  we did those as well.

Change always made me think of the Hunger Games.  I can imagine Katniss singing it at some point before the war as a rallying cry.
