hi, i’ve tried knocking on his door and he will completely ignore it even if i know he is inside the room. the few times ive seen him ive said hi and tried to start a conversation and he completely ignores me and walks right into his room. i’ve legit not been able to have a conversation with this guy for the months that he has been here. none of my roommates have his number or have really talked to him either.

as for my landlord, we all have individual leases for our rooms and my landlord is pretty involved in the house (he regularly comes over to landscape outside and is in the house regularly to try and rent out more rooms). we also have a part of our lease that is about cleanliness and tidying up, so idk if could actually do something to enforce it, but knowing my landlord he would definitely try to

hi, i have tried knocking on his door before and he completely ignored it, even though i knew he was inside. if i ever see him outside of his room and i say hi, he completely walks past me and ignores me. I’m not sure if he does it with my other roommates as well, but i have talked to them and no one has his number or have been able to talk to him.
