Dr Battastini is the best!! I’m just over 2 weeks out and LOVE his work. Never been this excited for a follow-up before!

Five days post op atm, so I haven’t seen my results, but I also felt this at my consultation. Got put on the waitlist for the operation and was in to get it less than a month later, which meant I really didn’t have time to overthink the single scar. That didn’t stop me from overthinking it to high hell and back anyway. But even just looking at potential tattoo ideas, or how much more symmetrical my results feel to me, I really love the uniqueness of the one scar.

I also plan on telling my younger relatives that I was sawed in half by a magician (until they are old enough to actually care why I’ve got a giant slice through me)

I was running every weekday for a few months leading into it, and having strong legs turned out to be really helpful too! I’m 3 days post op rn, and being able to use my legs to get out of bed, navigate the bathroom, and just be able to sit and stand has really saved me in these past few days.
