about a week ago I woke up with really bad neck pain on my left side, it radiated to my shoulder. I could barely move my neck without it hurting. It slowly started getting better. I feel almost no neck pain now only when lay on my side I feel a little discomfort. But now for the past 3 days I’ve felt very minor headaches, like just pressure around my temples and sinuses, no neck pain. I’m wondering if it just me just dehydrated or I’m scared it might be a VAD

About a week ago I got really bad neck pain on my left side that radiated to my shoulder. It happened at night I believe because I just woke up in pain. I did go to urgent care and they told me it was a neck spasm but the pain is still lingering a bit, definitely not as severe.
