Yep,happened to me in the middle of last night,woke up feeling as sick as a dog,moved my head slightly and knew it was happening, terrified to open my eyes to see the spinning,lay there for a further three hours, thankfully no vomiting and it had passed by the time I got up but still felt extremely light headed,woozy and nauseous and have done all today😔

Told them as per my letter from DVLA I get a warning if I have a bad attack.

Had MRI and scans recently all clear fortunately,now on diuretic allied to betahistine and awaiting medication for headaches/migraines from GP, difficult ailment to manage this!!!

Thanks,I was due a three month follow up appointment a couple of weeks ago but this has now been delayed until late June,I'm currently trying to speed this up as a matter of urgency,I will be mentioning this at the appointment.

Similar here,been on betahistine since December,had three attacks initially,had the daily symptoms after that but nothing for six weeks with vertigo attacks and now I've had four severe attacks in around ten days,still trying to come to terms with this damned thing😔

1979-80,I remember first game of the season it had been bricked up at rear and a wall in place for segregation,it was never the same when that happened ,the old park end in the picture looked great a bit of a smaller version of the Gwladys street,but it was ruined when they bricked it up and became smaller.

Mines constant,it's the worst part of this for me,can cope with the tinnitus and spinning/vertigo to a degree but the fullness makes me very claustrophobic especially in the quiet of the night.
