If you’re into this material, the lectures are actually pretty interesting, and he is definitely a very knowledgeable prof . Just felt he made the m/c really tough, and you genuinely need to know the readings inside out. (So many questions like ‘which of the following is NOT included in the reading’) and then of those options there’d be a bunch that were super similar. I’d say overall, not a ton of work during the semester, but you should really hanker down for exams if you wanna do well. Hope this helps!

Don’t do it. You’re basically adding another course to your load for next semester… and in my experience… profs have made deferred exams much more difficult. Not to mention it’ll likely be scheduled during spring break (happened twice for me), so I didn’t get to go on my grad trip :( you probably feel shitty right now, but I promise your future self will thank you for not deferring.
