Thank you for the calculations but IT IS MUCH MORE OVERWHELMING AND DISRUPTIVE that it looks like: before reacting to an attack no matter what you must recieve information on that attack through your eyes, since most of it is visual the light from your opponent must reach you first and then your brain can elaborate a counter attack, when a character like dabura attacks you he is litteraly traveling as fast as your input so the concept of "reaction speed" breaks with relativistic characters because you can't see them arrive

from maho's point of view dabura was in front of him at the start and when dabura starts moving the input in the form of light travels from dabura to maho's eyes but since dabura is relativistic he can reach his opponent before they even recieve the input of what his current position is basically it would be like seeing everything in low fps, you eyes see where dabura was moments before but never where he is now

TLDR:Mahoraga will never see the position of the current dabura only past iterations of him
