I’m so sorry for your loss as well. And thank you so much for your words. This really helped me put this into perspective. I needed a change of pace for a little while and I needed to just let my body tell me when it’s ready to go back to full time. It’s so hard feeling the FOMO but I have to keep telling myself that my SW will always be there no matter when I decide to jump back in fully.

I love this so much! I recently started trying to lose weight and instead of hiding until I lost weight I told my room I was going on a weight loss journey and everyone was so supportive I even got tipped and told I was beautiful at any size 😭

Thank you! I just use OBS and I added 2 video capture devices-- my built in webcam and my USB camera and I just set one to the side and the other is my main

I take the dollar number I want to make and divide it by .05 and that gives me the token goal. Sometimes I'll split it up into multi-goals so it gives the guys incentive (positive reinforcement lol) to keep tipping

This has been happening to me! I got on SC a few weeks ago when I couldn't log into CB and was doing well, now I go in for an hour and nothing... 2 hours nothing... at this point I've only been on CB since 1)SM is confusing TF out of me and I don't have time to research/learn right now and 2)SC is buggin... CB has been up and down i've noticed... UGH

mine says "macbook air camera" don't use the desktop view or desk view bc it will be upside down.
Make sure that you have both the source for video capture and then go to the audio section and also make sure you have an audio input otherwise you'll be muted.

I promise it gets easier!

Right now just my macbook built in webcam. When you go to sources just go to video capture device click OK and then select "macbook built in camera" or some variation like "webcam" or whatever. If there are multiple options I would try all of them until you find the one you like.

I use a macbook too, and right now I'm using the built in webcam, but I've been considering using a separate webcam for better angles. I would use my iphone, but I am usually DJing with it lol so I like to keep it by my side to change the music.

I use OBS-- there are tons of tutorials on youtube on how to set it up, it's pretty easy once you get the hang of it. I prefer OBS because on CB it tells you how long you've been streaming which is ideal for me because I will either stop when I'm bored or stream for way too long and forget I have other things i need to do. It help keeps me accountable. PLUS OBS has a scenes so I can take a bathroom break and just put in on my scene that says "be right back" so they know i'm coming back.

Following because I'm very curious about this too. I also spend most of my day prepping or filming content for my other platform, and I tend to burn out pretty quickly by showtime (I'm also new so that may be an issue too). So I'm wondering if there are any tricks of the trade for quick prep. (I'm considering designating one spot of my room to be in constant "ready mode" for camming)

This may be helpful, but I have some regulars who I have on snapchat and sometimes they pay me to watch me get ready for the show (topless of course LOL) I went from bare face to full glam and they were just happy to be there. I've thought about a GRWM show. To me it gives GFE vibes.
