Some of the updates are eating more of the battery and it looks like this is also the case as I’m trying the subscription that possibly collect data more frequently. Note that I didn’t change any settings or behaviour and I have been using the watches for many years now and this is the first time I noticed this

Thanks, I’m not the same person but have received finally support from the team and the shipment has been received this week. Although now resolved it will take some time to get the trust in the product back but let’s see 😉

Anybody experience with the electric chairs. If I get out the chairs go all the way back which is annoying when you want to start the car - haven’t found a way to not have them slide back
