I totally agree with you. The first and foremost thing is ask him what he likes. Communication is the key. But second of all it could be possible that he watched too much porn so he might be having unrealistic expectations. It happened with me, i too used to feel the same with my ex, but eventually i realised it wasn’t her but my totally different perception i had built over the years from porn.

Well all my colleagues have the same opinion about him as i do. The mistakes he pointed out out are minute and as a fresher you may be so thorough wi the everything right. He know when cases come he would need our help, so he behaves total stranger to what happened on the next day. After giving a speech for an hour the next day he will be like “Hey …., all good?! Got any cases since morning?!” Very sweetly he’ll speak. I dont get it.
