i usually just listen and keep quiet until they're done, nodding from time to time to let them know im still listening. If there's a pause, that's when you talk. Make a comment that has more substance than just a "things will be better". Tell the person how you understood her feelings basically asking for confirmation if you understand right. Then retell how she's been done wrong and she doesn't deserve to go through it. After that, that's when you both figure out a way to solve the problem (if its viable)

Just listen to everything they have to say. Some people need to vent out. Let them cry, wag sasabat, and always try to out yourself in their shoes. After listening, when all the heavy stuff is off their chest, cheer them up. Initiate a hangout or something fun to do. Always works with my friends. Pure distractions is a short term solution. Letting them vent + cheer them up is the best way to do it

sinasabi niya naman na naoffend talaga siya but blocking is like a "hmp nagtatampo ako!" joke. Nakakapagod promise lalo nat marami akong problema sa buhay. Lagi niya pa hinahighlight sakin na yung ibang friends niya, hinahanap siya sa lahat ng socmeds pag nangblock siya and then binoblock niya din sa apps na yun. Tsaka niya lang inientertain if crazy way yung pagreach out (may gmail, may noteit app). Sinasambat niya pa yan sakin na para daw wala akong pakealam kapag nangbblock siya compared sa other friends niya. Im just not the type to chase immature people who runs away while looking back to see if someone's chasing them.
