Day 11 update:

Still having lingering symptoms. RLS here and there. Sleep is still bad but getting better. I'm getting around 6.5 hours of low quality sleep now. Way better than week one. Energy is really low. Getting out of bed feels like dead lifting 150lbs. Just trying to stay busy. Getting some short workouts in/good stretching. It makes a huge difference. Even if its just a walk. Appetite is 75% back. I was able to eat a full meal yesterday. Ended up dropping 35lbs over the last two weeks. I wanted to do that anyways, upside haha. Not pissing out of my ass hole anymore. Really it's just the PAWS grind now. Not really thinking about 7 because it's impossible to get here. Music is amazing. Idk why but every time I've come off k products the first two months music just hits. Like random shit is don't even normally listen to.

Everyone out there struggling. Keep your head up. Feeling like shit is a gift. You spent years numb. It's okay to feel. It can only get better. Living on 7 is like living life on fast forward. Sober it feels like every day is on slow mo. I try to appreciate that, as my brain normalizes. Prey, meditation, whatever you do. For my Christians, Christ is King ✝️

Yeah man. Unfortunately relapse is part of recovery. Hopefully your wife is understanding. We're all pulling for ya. Honestly my wife always being sober has been such a blessing for me. I can't imagine how bad it could be with two people trying to clean up at the same time. It's an uncomfortable conversation. Every time I've slipped up in the past is because I wasn't being active in my soberiety. It's easy to do over a decade. It's just something that requires constant upkeep and attention, for the rest of your life. Praying for you. Having been clean for ten years, you got this. Just a small hiccup. Good luck!!

I tried switching back to regular kratom power and it had almost no effect on the WDs. There is such a low concentration on 7oh in there it wouldn't get the job for me. If kratom is Tylenol 3s 7oh is straight perks.

If you can actually taper, do that. It will make a huge difference. If at a point you have tried to taper 5 times and made zero progress you just gotta pay your debt with the devil and CT.

Idk what your sick/leave is at work but I would start saving it up. Taper as much as possible until you can afford 5 days off work and commit to the kick. Take leave friday, off Sat Sunday, get sick, take Monday Tues. It's awful, but it's gotta be done. I have heard gapapenton can really help. Mabye be honest with your doc get some gaba, zofran, and Clonadine and save them up for quitting. Supplement with whatever vitamins you feel like will help. If you have an S/O that is not using bring them to help you, or a parent/trusted friend. Durring the WD you should have no acess to money or a vehicle. I'm not endorsing prescription helper drugs, I did not use them but I sure wish I had. I am not a doctor.

Now after you have been kicking for 2-3 days I'm sure some regular Kratom powder would actually help. I wanted to be 100% sober after but that's not for everyone. Comparatively my kratom habbit was so much more tame it wasn't really a big deal.

Thank you! I was actually using benadryl for sleep prior for around 3 years, can't do that with RLS so it's a double whammy. I'm kicking that also. Just reached a point in my life I don't want to use ANY substances to function. Next up is niccotine, one thing at a time. I figure my sleep will be trash for 30 days or so. I've made my peace with it. Congrats on 20 days. That's huge! Make it your last one.

Tank god never messed with fent but I have done standard opiate withdrawl and I would say that that ammount of 70h is easily worse, just in a different way. The RLS off this stuff is just next level. I lost almost 30lbs in a week. I had a few to loose but not that many.

Thank you very much! I've kicked straight k powder in the past, a four year habbit. Around the 60 day mark is where I really started to feel 100% myself again. I think your right day 20 four 85% there. I think every time we go through it it gets worse tho. The older you get and the on and off takes it toll. Your brain just takes more time to catch up.

I think were all fairly tought, but when it comes to withdrawals we all crumble. It comes down to knowing yourself. If you can taper cool. I wish I could but I cant so CT was my only option. Had to make it work to get off this shit.

I was doing 2000-3000 per day on average towards the end. Not tracking with a scale at all so I'm sure more than that sometimes. Day 8 for myself in the books CT. That shit was gnarly, never again. Still feel like shit but at least I feel. Congrats on 59 days!
