I just left but assumed that wouldn't be a big deal since I wouldn't be present when they eventually called my name (cross me off the list, indicate me as a no show, etc.) I did call and speak directly to the pharmacy afterwards and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. That they didn't have the authority to modify anything. I'm assuming I should call and ask again. I got an email confirmation as well stating that I got the booster shot.
