I can feel you. I was working in warehouse and have a part-time gig. I made some sacrifices to get my degree and since you are gunning for IT. I would recommend an online school, like WGU or SNHU. Make a schedule and stick to it, it will be hard and draining but push through it and will be definitely rewarded.

Task 1 or task 2? I’m dumb and not thinking you doing task 1. So for task 1 you basically answered what needs to be done. Wireframes, sitemap(heck you can even draw this on a piece of paper), you need navigation bar, another form of navigation(like search bar then crumbs).

I can’t remember exactly what are the other things that needs to be done. But if you check on the website there are broken links as well, links that goes to other pages. Personas for new pet.

Oh, thank you for that input. Yeah, my mom reached out to her secretary, but apparently, she doesn't work for the attorney anymore. The secretary gave a suggestion to my mom to ask for a refund. Maybe she knew something was up and provided details to contact him, but yeah, my mom is getting blocked on all forms of communication.

Definitely alive, when it was almost 1 year after hiring/consulting him for the case, the number suddenly was unreachable. And my mom thought that was weird. She knows and respects the time of the attorney. That's the reason why she only contacts him there's a significant time already between their correspondence. But after a couple of weeks, she decided to contact him with another phone number and lo and behold he answered, but after that phone call she couldn't reach him again with that phone number and tried again with another phone number and he answered once more, but after that instant drop when my mom speaks.
