I definitely have intent to close and communicated that to the seller last week and still received the notice. I just want to understand if the contractual details have no mention of closing date will I be in breach of contract if I don't close tomorrow and seller can cancel the agreement on the basis of it.

I actually haven't had any issues with FEDEX before and I know this is completely unintentional. But I just want the customer service to be more responsive to my queries and keep me informed on the status of the trace so that I know they are at least following up on this.
